SPIRONELLO CUSTOM HOMES (SCH) draws on over 100 years experience in commercial, multi-residential and custom home construction. The design and construction of a custom home can be a pleasant experience - with the right team. Many home owners have their own professionals; SCH will augment this team and bring the Bahamian know-how to the table, or if necessary assist the owner in selecting the right team members for their project. Every home is unique and should reflect the needs and life style of the owner. SCH will assist in the selection of the appropriate materials for the climate providing recommendations when necessary that reflect the realities of the Bahamas.

As your Construction Manager we can provide the following services; this list can be adjusted as needed to suite the project team;

Participate in schematic design development
Prepare preliminary budgets
Schedule development
Final design and budget preparation
Construction and procurement through a dedicated Construction Manager or Superintendent
Cost control
RFI and Shop drawing processing
Quality control
Payment of trades and suppliers (to be reviewed)
Commissioning
Pre Delivery Inspection

SPIRONELLO CUSTOM HOMES will provide continuous communication with the team and home owner. This can take place through our WEB based document control system that allows the owner to view the status of their project through weekly photos posted to the site (web cam as an alternative), review schedule, correspondence and address hot topics or outstanding issues through a drop down menu.
